Australia 2009: The Aussies are left speechless at the thought and the possibility that some of these bushfires may have been deliberately lit by some sad pathetic people.
The town of Kinglake, once-vibrant community scorched by fast-moving walls of flame and reduced it to ashes.

A mother and her young son escaped the inferno in Kinglake by covering under a wet blanket in a puddle in a creek.  She said flames roared overhead "like a jet engine and I thought we would die".  Australian police and detectives are hunting for arsonists and bring them to justice.
